Transport Léveillé is a family company founded in 1990 by Mr. Daniel Léveillé. Maxime, Daniel’s son, is a director and director of operations.
In the early 90’s the company started operations with a reduced fleet and over the years the fleet has grown. It now offers very diversified transport services as you can see in our products and services section.
In 2002, the company built new offices in St-Jérôme in order to expand its premises and also offer the storage service, because we were convinced of being able to offer a storage and transport service. superior merchandise at a reasonable price. In 2009 we opened our own mechanical workshop with a qualified team for rigorous maintenance of the fleet.
Our greatest wealth is our staff and we are very aware of this. Our success in this market is entirely attributable to the commitment, talent and energy of our team.
General Transportation
Our company offers general LTL and full trucking services. Concerned about the optimal functioning of its fleet, we have our own workshop where experienced mechanics work. In addition, we keep a computer record of all maintenance and repair operations carried out on a vehicle. Nothing is left to chance!
Platform and non-standard
We have platform transport trucks as well as oversized trucks that can be extended up to 90 feet in length and can accommodate excessively wide loads. For these particular types of transport, we provide the necessary escorts to ensure the greatest security.
Our employees are trained to perform sturdy and safe lashings. Their knowledge and experience are a major asset. On request, we can also cover the goods with a protective canvas.
Transport with controlled temperature
Our 53-foot temperature-controlled transport trucks are capable of making multiple deliveries or full batches. The fragility of the content is obviously quite a challenge and that is why we take all the necessary measures and the precautions required to ensure you an incomparable service. The temperature is rigorously controlled and optimally adjusted according to the type of product.
Once you have compiled a list of movers, inform them of the destination and timing of your
move. Ask them about the types of services they offer. Also ask them to explain their
estimates in detail and to give you a copy. If any company refuses to give you a written
estimate, you should eliminate them from consideration. Then carefully compare to see which
mover best suits your needs and budget.
The cost of your move will be based on the actual weight of your belongings and the distance
they are shipped, plus the amount of packing and other services that you require.
To help you anticipate the cost of your move, movers will give you an estimate of the price.
Be sure to get written estimates from at least 3 different movers so that you can compare
their services and prices.
You have the right to receive an estimate based on a physical (in-house) survey of your
shipment. Under the regulations, your mover must base your estimate (either binding,
non-binding, or not-to-exceed), on a physical survey of the household goods to be moved if
the goods are located with a 50-mile radius of your mover’s (or his agent’s) place of business.
You may elect to waive this requirement for a physical survey, but if you elect to do so,
you must sign a written waiver of your rights.
