Reputable Moving TeamReputable Moving was founded by Eli Chakov in 2010 because he had a belief of what he wanted to see in the moving industry. Eli had been working in the industry for many years, and he always knew in his mind and his heart the vision and ideals that he wanted for “his” company one day.
Those beliefs are that every single move is to be treated by him and our team of moving professionals with several years of experience and talents that they bring to Reputable Moving. He wanted each and every move to cater to the customer, and he wants that customer to feel that the move they are receiving is the same move our team would be doing for their close family. He wants the customer to not be worried or stressed and that “their” move is in the best most professional hands with Eli and our Reputable Moving team.
Every single one of the moves done by Reputable Moving follows the same principles that the customer is going to be dealt with honestly, the quote given to them will not have any additional hidden costs, and the price the customer is quoted will be the price. Every one of us on the Reputable Moving team has been trained by Eli personally to make sure that every aspect of the move is explained in detail to our customer so there are no shocks no surprise that is not what we are about as a moving company.

We will then send you a quote to fit not only your moving needs, but also your moving budget. We will work with you to make sure we are your mover of choice. Local Move cost based on inventory can be determined by hourly rate based on cubic feet, or a flat rate for a local move.
Proof of insurance can be sent to you same day as it is requested that will be accepted by most buildings. Also, Reputable Moving will take care of any Parking Tickets that are incurred if any day of move and it will not affect or increase your price.
Day of the move, our team arrives early – we again assess your moving needs and our foreman speaks to you to let you know exactly all details of your move confirming everything. We start the move by making sure that protective plastic is put down before any move begins to make sure no damage is incurred to either your walls or your flooring. Each of your belongings is carefully wrapped in blankets to prevent any damage. We take pride in our work, and the job we are putting forth for you, we strive to have a mistake free move each and every time. Our customers are also given the option to purchase additional movers insurance for your move if you so desire.
Lastly, we make sure that the home you are leaving from is left clean and spotless, and we also make sure that you are settled and happy in your new home as well. Our Reputable Moving team will work efficient, professionally and be courteous and friendly.
The team will then be bringing your belongings to your new home where we will set up everything to your specifications making sure you are settled in and happy. Our job is not done until our customer is completely satisfied 100%. We treat every move as if we are moving our own, and when our customer comes back as a return customer or refers us to friends and family – it means we are doing our job.

Our long distance estimate process begins with an onsite visual estimate so we can properly give you a quote that will fit your move and most importantly fit your budget. After the quote is sent to you, our team follows up seeing what questions or concerns we can help you with. We want to make sure that you choose us as your mover, but also that you understand how important your upcoming move is to us and how serious we would take the care you trust in us.
We will be checking in with you from the time of booking to the day before the move making sure everything is still correct, and you do not have any additions or questions and concerns. We are here to answer any question you may have day or night.

Reputable Moving can be your mover of choice for your next office commercial move. It does not matter how large or small your office is. You can trust us to take care of your move with efficiency and professionalism.
Your Moving Quote will begin with our estimator coming and giving you a free visual estimate of your upcoming move. You and our estimator will then sit down, and you will go over all the specifics of your move, and what it will entail. Our business office will then be sending you a quote based on your company’s specific moving needs. It will be customized to fit your office move. Also any certificate of insurance that you need for the move, you give us the information, and we will have it for you within 24 hours turnaround time.
The day of the move, our foreman and team arrive and we begin the process of moving you and your company. Our foreman again sits with you, and you go over the plans of the move. You discuss if we are disconnecting your office computers, and how they are being reconnected at your delivery location. We bring labels designated and designed for your company so everything is carefully labeled to prevent any mix up.
We place plastic on all floors to prevent any damages to the floor and walls of the office building that you are leaving from, and we repeat the process making sure of no damages for the office you are moving to. If we are doing your packing, we take steps to make sure everything is packed desk by desk carefully to prevent any mixing up later on. We protect all office furniture and equipment with bubble wrap and blankets to make sure there will not be any damages. Lastly, our team goes through a final walk through with you to make sure that nothing is left behind of the office you are moving from. We then finally clean up making sure your office that you are leaving is left in 100% mint condition.
When we arrive at your delivery destination, everything is unpacked efficiently as well as professionally by our seasoned moving team. We make sure each desk and all office equipment is where you have specified. After, we have fully unpacked we again do a walkthrough with you to make sure that everything is done properly. Lastly, our team will make sure again that your office is left in 100% tip top shape, we will make sure nothing of the move is left, and your office is left clean.
All movers are required to prepare an order for service before they transport your shipment.
The order for service provides you with written confirmation of the moving services that you
requested to be performed in conjunction with your shipment. It also lists the agreed upon
dates for the pickup and delivery of your shipment and amount of valuation that you requested,
along with any special services that you ordered.
It also features a place and telephone number where the mover can contact you during the move.
Additionally, the order for service shows the charges that you will be assessed for your
household move or corporate relocation. If you are moving under a non-binding estimate,
the order for service will indicate the amount of the estimated non-binding charges,
the method of payment for the charges and, in cases where the actual charges exceed the
non-binding estimate, the maximum amount that you are required to pay at the time of delivery
in order to obtain possession of your shipment (you will have 30 days following delivery to
pay the balance of the charges due). If you are moving under a binding estimate,
the order for service will show the charges that you will be required to pay at delivery,
based on the binding estimate and the terms of payment. You and your mover must sign the
order for service.
All loose items must be packed in boxes to prevent loss or damage while moving. It is
recommended that you pack all items and leave the drawers empty.
