Al Jones founded Redbone Trucking in 2005 after spending a few years in the trucking business as a driver and a teacher. At this time, he knew he had found his passion and wanted to make an impact on others in search for their own career goals and happiness. At 25 years old, he took out a second mortgage on his house to purchase his first truck and has not looked back since.

Al knew that consistent development of core values and company culture culminate employee satisfaction. He made this his goal – to have an open-door workplace, where any employee can come and love his or her job. From one truck to now over 100 trucks, we have close to 200 employees who love their jobs and make an impact daily.

Recourse Factoring
With our recourse model, you benefit by adding cash to your reserve. As your reserve builds, our fee decreases. As you hit your threshold, you only pay a 1.5% fee and receive 98.5% of all invoices.

Your reserve is available to be transferred back to you at any time, making this model an easy and convenient way to maximize your accounts receivable and keep your business running smoothly.

Non-Recourse Factoring
Redbone’s non-recourse freight factoring offers low fees on your best customers’ and brokers’ invoices with no reserve needed. Based on the length of time the invoice is unpaid, we take just 2% of your total invoiced amount if the invoice is paid within 30 days.

If your customers pay on time, this option allows you to factor without any sort of reserve and still take advantage of our industry-leading low fees.
