Our motto is, “Consider it Done!” This motto is a good representation of how we try to do business. We want our customers to be able to send us any load and be able to consider it done. We have the experience and people to be able to solve issues for our customers. Our motto is also our strategic advantage, our people. We have a lot of drivers that have been with us for 5-20 years, and they know our customers and their lanes very well. Because we have employees top to bottom that have a wealth of experience with everything we do, it makes us a better transportation company.

Since 1980
Schulz Transportation Services was founded in 1980 with a single truck and trailer. We started out hauling grain during harvest season and refrigerated products all year. We gave up hauling grain to focus entirely on refrigerated goods in the mid-1980s. We gradually expanded through hard work and dedication, growing our fleet to 75 trucks.

We made a name for ourselves as one of the hardest-working carriers with the best equipment on the road. We have won numerous truck shows and safety awards over the years, which is a testament to our company’s and drivers’ commitment to quality.

We’ve seen a lot of changes over the years, but we are still the same company at heart: hard-working, dedicated, and family-oriented. We emerged a stronger company from the 2008 recession, weathered the 2020 Pandemic well, and have been able to expand our list of benefits for our drivers.

We have always believed that our drivers make us the company we are. We are excited to have added a quarterly fuel bonus, quarterly safety bonus, free SiriusXM radio, and a referral bonus to our list of benefits. TEMPERATURE CONTROL
All of our trailers are refrigerated, so the vast majority of freight is temperature controlled. Temperature controlled freight has been our focus for 30 years, so we have extensive experience in this area!

SAFETY & LOSS PREVENTION
Our veteran drivers are the backbone of our safety and loss prevention. They essentially serve as eyes for our company, wherever they are! We also have a very experienced safety department and excellent CSA scores to illustrate our commitment to safety!

DROP TRAILERS
In an effort to be as productive and efficient as possible, we utilize dropped trailers in every market we service. This reduces downtime for our drivers, keeps them moving, and allows us to provide excellent service to our customers!
