Mark McLeod started McLeod Express back in 1986. What started as a family operation has grown to a thriving business more than 400 strong—one of the proudest and most successful family-run trucking companies in the USA. Throughout Illinois and across the Midwest, McLeod Express provides transportation, logistics, and warehousing services.

We rely on our drivers to deliver our customer’s products safely and on time, and our drivers can rely on their paycheck being there each and every week, along with the benefits and perks that come with our pay packages.

We rely on our Administrative employees to provide excellent customer service to our internal Departments and Employees as well as the Customers that we move freight for.

It takes our entire Team of Driving and Non-Driving employees, working together safely and treating each other with the respect they deserve to provide the best service possible for our success. We are privileged that all of our Employees choose to make McLeod Express their home!

All positions at McLeod Express have several benefit options, including but not limited to: Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation beginning at month 6, and 401K.

McLeod Logistics is a 3rd Party Transportation Provider based in St Louis, MO that was established in 2001. Although separate entities, McLeod Logistics was started to provide additional transportation solutions for the customers of McLeod Express in 2011. McLeod Logistics has extensive expertise in truckload freight management. Our certified transportation brokers and well trained support staff have successfully managed thousands of shipments. The specific needs of each shipment are identified and efficiently managed with the help of our state-of-the-art transportation management technology.

Our unique relationships in the van, flatbed, refrigerated, bulk, heavy-haul, intermodal and warehousing industries help us to affordably execute the service requirements of each shipment. McLeod Logistics believes integrity and communication come first and strives to offer each of its partners an excellent experience. We have partnered with Carrier411, Macropoint, and Fourkites to enhance the experience of our customers and carriers and provide visibility to all parties from start to finish. Our best-in-class customers and carriers share our vision making every shipment a cohesive partnership.
