NAPA Transportation, Inc. (NAPA) is a family-owned and operated trucking company that provides logistical solutions for companies across the United States. We currently have over 1,700 pieces of company-owned equipment in operation, and proudly employ over 500 hard working individuals throughout 5 terminals. Despite changes in the industry, we have remained true to our commitments to our employees and our customers. about us

OUR NAME MEANS FAMILY
The NAPA name says a lot about us. NAPA stands for Nic, Alexis and Patrick Accomando, the children of our Founder, Ron Accomando. We also welcome and treat our employees like family in order to grow together. We’re a family business that supports each other personally and professionally.

FROM 1 DRIVER TO 400
Our story began with one driver…Ron Accomando. After working tirelessly and thanklessly for years as a truck driver, Ron took action. Ron founded NAPA Transportation, Inc. in 1991 with just four trucks and one vision in mind.

THE VISION
Ron wanted to create the driver-focused atmosphere that he had not experienced while working as a truck driver himself. He envisioned a place where every truck driver is treated with respect and not just known by their truck number. Proudly, we have upheld our driver-focused values that contribute to our unique family culture. In 2021, NAPA proudly celebrated 30 years in business.
