Triple T Transport, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Tom Sanfillipo and John Walker, who built the company on the old-school values of acting with integrity and delivering exceptional service to clients and carriers alike. Over the last 30 years, Triple T has maintained a steady, slow-growth process of expansion, extending the company’s reach and capabilities while remaining small enough to preserve a personal approach to third-party logistics (3PL).
With considerable experience and multi-generational ties to the produce industry, Triple T’s focus in the beginning was primarily on the over-the-road transport of produce. Now, our focus has broadened to include brokering a range of freight shipping cargo, including produce, dry goods, refrigerated goods, frozen foods, food packaging, and much more. We have gained a strong reputation in our industry for providing timely, cost-effective transport solutions, specializing in refrigerated trucking.
An Employee-Owned and Operated Freight Company
At Triple T Transport, we are proud to be 100% employee owned and operated since 2011. This gives every member of our team a stake in the success of our business, and it inspires all of us to care passionately about our company, our operations, and our clients and carriers. The clients and carriers we serve all appreciate dealing directly with company owners rather than simply employees, and they experience our passion every time they work with us. This pride we have for our company and our work strengthens our relationships and empowers us to improve our services continually.
Integrity and Service from Triple T
As a freight company and truck broker, we provide a seamless logistics experience to everyone we serve, and we always strive to develop repeat business. Our approach to working with our carriers is founded on dedication, integrity, and honesty, and we are confident you will not find a better carrier experience with any other logistics company in the country. Join the Triple T carrier network and discover our flexibility, responsiveness, passion, and diligence.
If you are receiving a non-binding estimate, the charges that your mover assesses on your
shipment must be based on the actual weight of the shipment. Your mover may not lawfully
assess transportation charges on shipments with non-binding estimates on cubic feet, volume,
time (hourly) or on any basis other than weight. Also, the federal regulations require that
shipment weights must be determined on a state certified scale with a copy of the weigh
master’s tickets provided to you in support of the final invoice.
The busiest times for moving companies are typically during the summer months, May-September.
If you are planning a move during that time you should make arrangements early.
Friday and Saturdays are big moving days so if you have flexibility in your schedule it can
be easier to get a date during the week rather than a weekend.
