Chris Gianino (owner) worked for several years for a larger moving company. He realized that many people were unable to find a company who offered services for smaller moves.

In 2000 Simple Moves was established to help those who needed a small specialized moving company, a company that was affordable and did not have a three or four hour minimum, or outrageous and hidden charges.

Some of the requests Simple Moves received were for items to be moved from floor to floor or room to room. Others wanted to have the big furniture moved while they themselves moved the boxes and smaller things. The larger moving companies were only able to offer these smaller services for much larger fees.

Simple Moves is ready to help with your next move no matter what size! This allows us to schedule several moves per day giving us the ability to offer lower rates.

All our employees are in house. We do not use contractors. So, if you see the Simple Moves red shirt, you can trust them with your moves. We only hire Professional, Dependable, Reliable and Experienced employees.

One of the reasons that Simple Moves was started was for people that wanted to move all of the smaller items themselves, and then hire a company to move the bigger items at a low and affordable cost. By using smaller trucks and doing smaller jobs we are able to do numerous jobs per day, giving us the ability to keep our prices low. For larger moves, we do offer medium and larger sized trucks as well. We offer the right truck for the right move. We have what you need for a successful move. Making Simple Moves almost as affordable as renting your own truck.

ROOM TO ROOM

Are you having your floors redone? Are you switching bedrooms around? Do you need someone to come to your house, apartment, or work and move some of your furniture around?

FLOOR TO FLOOR

Do you want to move your office from upstairs to down? Do you want to move that old refrigerator from the first floor to the basement, or out for the trash?

Why take the chance of getting hurt, damaging your furniture, or its surroundings. Quite often we can come out and do all of that for you for under a hundred dollars.

LOAD AND UNLOAD

Are you moving into or out of town? Have you found how expensive it is to move out of state?

Why not rent your own truck, and then call us. Simple Moves will come out and professionally load your truck for you, giving you the peace of mind that all of your belongings will make it to your new place undamaged. Or if you are already in town, call us to get your belonging from your truck to the floor, room, or wall where you would like it. (Simple Moves will even load and unload your pods or storage crates).
