Great Idea or the way it should be?
Years ago a friend had an idea of offering moving services. We sat down in a local diner and tossed around business ideas. Said friend did not understand taxes, marketing, profit margin, or management, but the idea he came up with was solid! That idea was:

“We should offer moving services to people and we split the pay 3 ways, workers, truck/gas, and US. But don’t just move their stuff, but help them with anything they need, so their move goes smoothly!”

We are a big family
Everyone has a little different view on the word family. Here at Noah’s we consider all of our workers family. Without their hard work, this family would not be here. Even though we don’t share blood, we are here for each other. Our thought is that you can’t learn how to care from a book.

WE HAVE YOUR BACK

More then one way to get the job done
We can help out as much or as little as possible. If you have a straight forward move, not much difficult, and nothing super expensive, all you will need is a “Standard” crew. Are you moving a pool table, piano and/or a safe; do you have a difficult turn or have priceless items? Then you are going to want an “Elite” crew. You don’t always need us to provide a truck, we suggest our truck yet understand there are times a rental truck might me more convenient for you.

Whats the difference?
Standard or Elite, all of our movers complete online training before doing hand over hand training. Only after finishing both are they able to complete jobs as a “Standard” mover. Once a standard mover completes additional training and hundreds of hours of moves are they eligible to earn a promotion to “Elite”. All of this training is to provide you with the best level of training that will suite you and your needs.

We can get your vehicle where you need it
Maybe you need your boat towed from one lake to another, maybe you need your 4 wheeler to your new house, or sometimes people need their sports car towed to its new home. We are here to help you get you there, no matter the shape or size.

Only moving a few things?
We understand you may not need a big crew and huge truck if your only needing a few items moved from one location to another! So don´t book a move, book a delivery! In most cases we have already been to the store your purchasing from, and we will be able to get in and out with ease. Our knowledgeable crews will be able to take off doors, get the item(s) in to your home, and depending on the time needed, might even be able to get you all setup! Debris removal is not always possible yet we will do everything we can to get the packaging thrown away for you. Below are some options of how to take advantage of our delivery services.

No, we don’t wear green and gold
Unlike the NFL football team, our packers can pack up your household items for you. Sometimes you just need a room boxed up, other times you need the entire house prepared for transport. Even if you are NOT using our moving help to get you there, we can at least help you pack up and get ready for your move.

We consider “Long Distance” as anything over 200 miles from point A to Z.
“Local” is anything under 200 miles from point A to Z.

Q How is the cost of my shipment calculated?

If you are moving to a different state, the charges will be based on the weight of your
shipment and mileage—these are referred to as the transportation charges.
There are a variety of different moving charges that can potentially appear on your estimate,
so be sure to ask your relocation specialist to explain each charge for you.
Some additional charges that may appear include packing, crating, valuation or coverage,
bulky article charge (for oversized items), and extra labor. Again, please be certain you
fully understand these charges so that you can accurately compare the estimates you receive.

Q What is an order for service?

All movers are required to prepare an order for service before they transport your shipment.
The order for service provides you with written confirmation of the moving services that you
requested to be performed in conjunction with your shipment. It also lists the agreed upon
dates for the pickup and delivery of your shipment and amount of valuation that you requested,
along with any special services that you ordered.
It also features a place and telephone number where the mover can contact you during the move.

Additionally, the order for service shows the charges that you will be assessed for your
household move or corporate relocation. If you are moving under a non-binding estimate,
the order for service will indicate the amount of the estimated non-binding charges,
the method of payment for the charges and, in cases where the actual charges exceed the
non-binding estimate, the maximum amount that you are required to pay at the time of delivery
in order to obtain possession of your shipment (you will have 30 days following delivery to
pay the balance of the charges due). If you are moving under a binding estimate,
the order for service will show the charges that you will be required to pay at delivery,
based on the binding estimate and the terms of payment. You and your mover must sign the
order for service.
