Services Provided
Services, Rates, and Fees are listed below. Gratuities for your movers are welcome. Payment Methods accepted: Debit, Credit, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Cash
FREE hand trucks, dollies, shrink wrap, and blankets to complete your move.
We load and/or unload Trucks, Pods, and Trailers.
YOU RENT THE U-HAUL, PENSKE, OR BUDGET TRUCK FOR $19.95 – $39.95/DAY
WE WILL LOAD, UNLOAD OR DRIVE THE TRUCK FOR YOU!
Load and/or Unload
$89 per hr. minimum two hours
The price is for a 2-man crew and all moving equipment.
The customer rents the moving truck/trailer and we load/unload items as directed. Rentals are as low as $19.95 per day.
Trip Charge
$20 Initial trip charge
The initial trip charge is $20. The first stop is FREE. Additional stops are $1.50 mile to cover the mover’s gas.
Pack and/or Unpack
$39 for one packer & $89 for two packers per hr. minimum of two hours
Price is for 1 or 2 persons with customers supplying all packing supplies.
Driving Help
$1.50 per mile driven
We will drive your rental truck to each destination for you.
Towing Uhaul U-boxes
$89 per hr. minimum two hours
The price includes towing the box from Uhaul to you. Loading or unloading and returning the box back to Uhaul. $2 per mile towed.
Internal Moves
$89 per hr. minimum two hours
Price is for 2 men and equipment for in-home or in-office moves.
Stair Fee
The first flight is FREE! $20 per mover for each flight of stairs after the 1st flight.
This fee goes to your movers, not the company.
Long Walk or Traverse Fee
$20 per mover for each long walk or traverse over 35 yards
This fee for example at apartment complexes where an apartment may be a long distance from the parking lot and is based on a distance of over 35 yards or over 1/3 of a football field one way. This fee is used because your mover completes 3 or 4 jobs daily, 6 and 7 days a week. Long walks or traverses with your items are very hard on your mover’s body. This fee goes to your movers, not the company.
$100 Piano Move Fee
This fee is for Upright pianos.
We do not move baby grand pianos.
What should I do with my jewelry and other valuable items?
Items of extraordinary value such as jewelry, money, antiques, and stamp collections
can be included in your shipment, provided that you notify your local moving representative
of these items before packing and moving day. It is strongly recommended that you carry
irreplaceable and expensive articles with you, or make alternate arrangements for their
transport.
In the moving industry, items worth more than $100 per pound are considered to be articles
of "extraordinary value.” To be assured that a claim involving these articles is not limited
to minimal liability, complete and sign your mover's high-value inventory form.
Also, be sure to sign the "Extraordinary Value Article Declaration" box, if applicable, on
your Bill of Lading.
Each mover has a slightly different procedure to follow as it relates to high-value items.
Ask your relocation specialist to provide you with an explanation of their company's process.
This is a confusing (but important) task, so be sure that you clearly understand the rules
prior to load day.
How do I prepare my appliances for moving?
Appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators must be disconnected, and the washer
must have a stabilizer installed. Again, your estimator can help you understand how these
items are properly serviced. All local moving companies have business relationships with
local service providers that handle this type of service, however full service moving
companies and national moving companies will also be able to provide all of the moving
services you require. Be sure you know who your mover will be using, as you will need to let
these people into your home to provide the service.
