What to expect on moving day
We will arrive on time for your move.
We only use full-time Matos movers employees. They are professional movers that take pride in what they do.
Our truck is licensed and insured, clean, and ready for your belongings.
We have wardrobe boxes, moving pads, and shrink wrap ready to use.
During your move, the men will not take breaks for anything other than water.
During the course of your move, if you have any questions, please ask we are here to help!
The men are prepared for and happy to take apart and put back together any furniture you have. There is no extra charge for this, it is covered in the hourly rate.
At the end of your move, you will receive a bill of lading with the charges for your move. You can pay the men with cash or a check. We accept all major credit/debit cards with a 3% service charge.
PACKING
We offer professional packing services at competitive rates.
LOADING AND UNLOADING
We can use our truck or load/unload your rental truck.
FURNITURE ASSEMBLY
We will take apart and put back together furniture that needs to be taken apart to be moved properly.
How do I know whether or not a moving company is licensed?
A reputable and reliable moving company has such information on their website.
If that’s not the case, call the movers and
ask for a proof of licensure. Never hire an unlicensed mover!
