RAM Express, LLC is a trucking company specializing in local and expedited delivery services. We have been in business since 2002 and have experienced steady growth since our inception.
Most of our customers serve the automotive industry. Our main customer base is Tier 1 suppliers to the automotive industry. Working through a selection of logistics companies, we have a core customer base of Webasto Roof Systems, TRW Automotive, Dana Automotive Systems, and others. Our direct contact with customers includes American Expedition Vehicles in Wixom, MFC Netform in Shelby Township, and Air Boss in Auburn Hills.
Our services range from dedicated daily runs to calls for expedited/same day deliveries. There are several companies in the metro area that provide the same services that we do. However, we have stood out with our customers because of our personal service, reasonable rates and on-time delivery.
Tractor & Trailers
We have several semis available for your local and long haul needs. Our trailers are air-ride and 53 feet to accommodate your large loads.
Cube Vans
We have a variety of cube trucks available for heavier loads that don’t require a full 24’ truckload.
Straight Trucks
We have straight trucks to handle your larger freight. All straight trucks are at least 24’ and are dock height.
Cargo Vans
Cargo vans are available to accommodate your small shipments. Our vans travel locally and through surrounding states.

Will my estimate be based on the weight of my shipment?
If you are receiving a non-binding estimate, the charges that your mover assesses on your
shipment must be based on the actual weight of the shipment. Your mover may not lawfully
assess transportation charges on shipments with non-binding estimates on cubic feet, volume,
time (hourly) or on any basis other than weight. Also, the federal regulations require that
shipment weights must be determined on a state certified scale with a copy of the weigh
master’s tickets provided to you in support of the final invoice.
When is the best time to move?
The busiest times for moving companies are typically during the summer months, May-September.
If you are planning a move during that time you should make arrangements early.
Friday and Saturdays are big moving days so if you have flexibility in your schedule it can
be easier to get a date during the week rather than a weekend.
