Family owned and operated since 1993, Mizner Storall is one of East Boca Raton’s most respected self-storage facilities offering an array of storage solutions. We are proud to announce that as of October 2017, Mizner Storall is under new ownership and management; however, our pledge to provide our community with the premium storage services which Boca Raton residents have grown accustom to for decades remains intact. Our facility offers nearly 2.5 acres of fully paved surfaces, interior air conditioned storage, mini to mid size office space and outdoor storage for boats, jet skis, rv’s, campers, fleet vehicles, light industrial and more. These are just a few of the attributes which set Mizner Storall aside from our competition. In addition, we are a fully gated and fenced as well as CCTV monitored facility offering 24/7 access to our clients with RFID technology access badges which track who comes into and out of our property.
We’re located just east of the new I-95 exit at Spanish River Blvd, and less than 1 mile from the beach. For nearly 40 years, Mizner Storall has been offering local residents and businesses self storage, industrial, boat, RV, camper, inside a/c storage, mini-office, flex space and outdoor storage solutions. We’re located just off of the new I-95 exit at Spanish River Blvd, and less than 1 mile from the beach. Gated, 24 hr secured access, fully paved, on-site manager and full security cameras throughout. Should I have the mover come to my home to look at my goods?
You have the right to receive an estimate based on a physical (in-house) survey of your
shipment. Under the regulations, your mover must base your estimate (either binding,
non-binding, or not-to-exceed), on a physical survey of the household goods to be moved if
the goods are located with a 50-mile radius of your mover’s (or his agent’s) place of business.
You may elect to waive this requirement for a physical survey, but if you elect to do so,
you must sign a written waiver of your rights.
Is it a good idea to get an estimate over the phone or via the Internet?
In all likelihood, you will find that an on-site estimate based on a physical survey
of the items that you plan on moving will be more accurate than an estimate that you
provide to your mover over the telephone or the Internet. So, unless circumstances warrant
(normally due to the time constraints of a short-notice move or because you are only shipping
a few items) think carefully before you elect to waive the required physical survey
of your shipment.
