My Name is Michelle. I am the owner of Radius Moving and Storage Corp. Working with many moving companies in the past 14 years taught me a lot about the industry. It always bothered me to see customers get ripped off, low balled, given empty promises, etc. I wanted to open a company that could understand a customer and see them as a person not just a profit. Everyone’s situation is different. Even though I have been told this is a bad habit, I always like to put myself in the customers shoes. I understand that everyone has a budget and it is hard to go over the budget especially when it is a large amount. As a company, I try to make everyone understand and be clear with every customer to keep the customer in control of their own move. I will not make promises I can not keep nor will I tell you what you want to hear. The truth will be told to you to avoid any sudden surprises.
