Immigrating to Miami from Cuba in 1977 with his father and older brother, Eugenio Vidal longed for owning his own business – the true American dream. Gaining a decade of experience in the moving, storage and antiques industry, Vidal was ready to launch his own endeavor. In 1993, Vidal started Vidal Moving with a single utility van, offering local moving services solely through word of mouth. In 2003, with the success of Vidal Moving, the company expanded to include storage facility services with an over 10,000 sq-foot warehouse in the heart of Miami’s Little River district, less than a mile away from the Biscayne Bay and the Miami River. In 2007, Vidal’s emphasis on quality customer service and flexibility paved the way for the company’s expansion to interstate moving services, with the help of a brand-new 52-foot semi-tractor trailer, two box trucks and two vans.
